project leader - collective oslo summer 2025 internship 

during my summer internship at collective oslo, i had the opportunity to lead projects, collaborating with inspiring professionals and develop practical skills in event coordination and project management. a key highlight was being trusted with responsibilities for the sponsors at last year’s costume awards, where i learned the importance of staying structured under pressure, solving challenges quickly and collaborating effectively across teams to ensure seamless execution.

this experience provided hands-on insights into how creativity and logistics meet in real-world projects and reinforced my ability to manage responsibilities with confidence. i am grateful for the supportive and encouraging environment at collective oslo, which made this internship both a professional and personal learning journey.
